2026 CONFERENCE: PRESENTER REGISTRATION RATES

Thank you for sharing your talent, knowledge and expertise at the 2026 California Science Education Conference.

In addition to your presentation, your Conference registration includes access to more than 150 workshops, exhibit hall, focus speaker sessions, keynote speaker and more (Friday, November 5 through Sunday, November 8). As a CASE Member you can save when registering for the conference.

PRESENTER REGISTRATION DISCOUNT POLICY

LEAD PRESENTERS
There is one lead presenter per 75-minute workshop or short course. Lead presenters who are CASE members (current through October 30, 2026) receive a 50% discount on their conference registration. If the lead presenter's membership expires before October 30, 2026 or if the presenter is not a current member, the presenter must renew or join to receive the 50% discount, or pay the full nonmember registration rate.

CO-PRESENTERS
Up to two (2) Co-presenters, per session, who are current CASE members (current through October 30, 2026) will receive a $25 discount on their conference registration. If the co-presenter’s membership expires before October 30, 2026 or if the co-presenter is not a current member, the co-presenter must renew or join to receive the $25 discount or pay the full non-member registration rate.
