Conference Hotels

CASE is excited to offer a variety of hotel options to suit different preferences and budgets for the upcoming conference. Choose from eight convenient locations, including the Sheraton Grand Hotel Sacramento, Hyatt Regency Sacramento, and Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown.

All reservations must be made through our official housing partner, Conference Housing. Please note that room blocks are reserved exclusively for attendees and participants of the CASE conference.

HOUSING INFORMATION

A credit card is required to guarantee arrival.

Conference Housing charges a one-time Booking Fee of $10.00 at the time the reservation is made which covers the cost of making the reservation, making changes or a cancellation prior to the hotel cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date will be charged one-night room and tax. If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date a charge of one-night room and tax will apply and your room will be cancelled.

If you are paying by credit card:
A Credit Card is required to guarantee your arrival. Conference Housing will not charge your Credit Card for room or room taxes. Upon check-in please provide a physical credit card for all charges.

If someone else is paying for your room with a Credit Card:
Please contact the hotel directly no earlier than three weeks prior to the event and ask for an electronic authorization form to be emailed to you. Full pre-payment of room and tax will be required seven days prior to arrival.
