CASE is pleased to offer several conference hotel options to fit various budgets. Choose from the Sheraton Grand Sacramento, Hyatt Regency Sacramento or the Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown - Arena. All reservations must be made through our housing partner Conference Housing. Please note our room blocks are only for individuals associated with our conference.

HOUSING INFORMATION

A credit card is required to guarantee arrival.

Conference Housing charges a one time Booking Fee of $7.50 at the time the reservation is made which covers the cost of making the reservation, making changes or a cancellation prior to the hotel cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date will be charged one-night room and tax. If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date a charge of one-night room and tax will apply, and your room will be cancelled.

If you are paying by credit card

A Credit Card is required to guarantee your arrival. Conference Housing will not charge your Credit Card for room or room taxes. Upon check-in please provide your physical credit card for all charges.

If someone else is paying for your room with a credit car not present at check-in

Please contact the hotel directly three weeks prior to the event and ask for an electronic authorization form. Full pre-payment of room and tax will be required seven days prior to arrival.
