CSTA is pleased to offer a couple of conference hotel options to fit various budgets. Choose from the Renaissance Palm Springs or Riviera Palm Springs. All reservations must be made through our housing partner Conference Housing. Please note our room blocks are only for individuals associated with our conference.
Any rooms booked online and not associated with the event will be cancelled.
A credit card will be required upon check-in for payment of room, tax and incidentals. If someone else is paying for your room with a credit card not present at check-in or by check please see special instructions when booking.
If you must pay for your room by check prior to September 1, 2020 or for group blocks of 5 or more reservations please contact Conference Housing.
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to your date of arrival or a one-night room charge may apply.
If you do not show up on your scheduled arrival date a one-night room charge may apply.
All hotel reservations, date changes, name changes, and cancellations must be submitted to Conference Housing. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax your request to 877-385-9595.
Contact the hotels directly for all date changes or name changes. Please contact Conference Housing with any cancellations as we will try and use your reservation for another attendee. Your mailed confirmation letter will include all contact information for the hotels.
